Now the other end of thesilk is brought up over the top ofthe form and allowed to reach downand out on the floor. It is fittedto the top of the form and drawnin at the back, then allowed to hangin a loose sweep to the floor. At apoint about even with the knee it isdrawn in and enclosed with a bandof gold embroidery, thence down tothe floor, where it is formed in apoint by folding under the edges andfinishing with a gold tassel.
