Chroniccases will receive the same treatment, but in sep-tic cases it may be necessary to irrigate the blad-der with a weak antiseptic solution, for whichan osteopath should be consulted. Take a hot sitz bath every day, and a full bathtwice each week. A good perspiration twiceeach week followed by a brisk skin friction isdesirable.
