London, UK, 31 July 2014, The Norman Foster designed tower at 30 St Mary Axe in the heart of London's finincial area, nicknamed The Gherkin for its distinctive shape, was put into bankruptcy protection last year. Deloitte Real Estate and Savills expect interest in the building to come from all over the world. The building is expected to sell for over £650 million.
