Australian Cubs and Scouts forming a welcoming guard of honor in anticipation of the arrival of the New South Wales Governor and Chief Scout of NSW, Sir Philip Game in Cook Park, Orange, New South Wales, (). Sir Philip was a regular visitor to Orange and a great supporter of the Scouting movement which was strong in the region around Orange. Despite detailed research by the Orange District Historical Society, its not clear exactly when this photo was taken but the best estimate is that it was for the laying of the foundation stone of the Orange (Kite St) Scout Hall, April 16th, 1934
