YOKOSUKA, Japan (April 1, 2017) - Chief petty officers (CPOs) observe morning colors during the celebration of the 124th anniversary of the CPO rank on board Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka. FLEACT Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and 26,000 military and civilian personnel.
