Roberts (FFG 58) and the Los Angeles class attack submarine USS Baltimore (SSN 704) close in on the nuclear powered aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73) during battle group formation maneuvers in the Atlantic Ocean, July 17, 1996.
