End rings from large black barrages that were filled with sand to help stop coastal erosion at Candolim. The black sausage has been ripped to shreds and only the end filling caps remain. In 2010 the beach at candolim was lined wit hundreds of these black barrages in an attempt to stop the erosion. Today non are left they have all been destroyed by the sea.
