The Kings Gate at the Hittite Capital City of Hattusa, Hattusas National Park, Bogazkale, Anatolia, Turkey

The identity of this warrior is a mystery and excavators took him to be a King hence the name Kings gate. Most likley a representation of a God. He could be Sharrumma, son of the weather god teshub and the sun-goddess Hepat, protector of the Great King Tudhaliya IV.
