Brown's Victoria Nurseries, Ltd. 618 VIEW STREET Victoria's Leading Florist VICTORIA, British Columbia Last Port of Call for All Oriental Liners Established 1892 WOODWARD. Floritte $3 to $10 per thousand, according to quality, but the price stiffened mater- ially towards the end of the week in anticipation of Mothers' day, and the prices then ranged from $1 to $2 per hundred. There was far more of a glut in sweet peas than in any other flowers. American Beauty roses are not as good as they have been, due to the warm weather, and the price has dropped to from $3 to $6 per dozen. Darwin tulips are about over for this season, but the price remains at $8 per hundred for those tulips that are still to be had. There was a great glut of valley last week and the price ranged from $1 to $6 per hundred. The latter figure was for the indoor stock, which is far su- perior to that grown outside. There are plenty of calendulas to be had, but they are in no demand. T. N. S. PITTSBURGH, PA. The Mark
