InFeb. 1900, made contract giving it privilege to enter Albany over thetracks of the United Traction of Albany. Operates 30 passenger cars and14 freight and express cars, and 3 snow plows. Rails 70 and SO-lb. steel,standard gauge. Supplies light and power along route. EARNINGS.—For fiscal year ending June 30 1908. gross. $345,207; net,$
