CORAL GEM BOUQUET. The finest of the small sized varieties. Its beautiful little pods of shining red color are so thickly set as to give it the appearance of a bouquet of coral. The plant grows 24 to 30 inches high, so densely set with pods as to bend its branches down. So many desirable qualities are combined in this, it will undoubtedly become popular as well as profitable in the manufacture of pepper sauce. Per pkt. 5 cts., oz. 35 cts. SWEET MOUNTAIN. Similar in shape to the Large Bell but of a much larger size;rind thick, fleshy and tender; much used for pickling, stuffed like Mangoes. Per pkt. 5 cts., oz. 85 cts., 14 lb. CRIMSON GIANT A NEW SWEET PEPPER OF SPECIAL MERIA. Habit of growth, robust and stocky, with no tendency to grow an immense plant with little or no fruit. The Giant Crimson is especially desirable for the Central States, as it matures the earliest of all extremely large sweet pep- pers. The fruit is large, runs even in both size and shape and is produced in more abundance than some of the other large varieties. The color is a deep green when young and rich red when ripe, flesh thick, sweet and very mild. Per pkt. 5 cts., oz. 35 cts. PERFECTION OR PIMENTO. This is the sweet- est and thickest fleshed of all peppers grown. The plants are productive, fruit dark green and n-iedium in size, and of a shape
