Army Command Sgt. Maj. John Wayne Troxell, the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (SEAC), presents a challenge coin to Marine Cpl. Robert Mullinax, a rifleman with Marine Rotational Force Europe , June 17, 2017 at Værnes Garnison, Norway. Following Troxell’s briefing, the Marines were recognized for their outstanding performance during the deployment. Troxell traveled to Norway to meet with the senior enlisted advisors of the Norwegian Armed Forces to exchange insights, lessons learned, and information on the role of NCOs at all levels of command.
