The cavalry troopers will first train in Texas before continuing on overseas to help train their Jordanian military counterparts at the invitation of the King. “Our mission is to help the Jordanian Army achieve a higher level of excellence and increase interoperability between the two armies,” said 1-18 Command Sgt. Maj. Luis Ferretti. Ferretti said the troopers trained for the mission for more than a year and are extremely excited to assist in the development of their host nation's Army.
