As stated, the nucleus of the Atlantic Coast electricrailway system was the Asbury Park electric road, whichwas built early in the historj^ of electric a year ago a syndicate of New York capitalists,largely the same as owning the Staten Island electricrailway, and among whom are Col. Besides furnishing through transportation, the system is carrying a large number of local northern terminus of the line.
