City of London Council members Dale Henderson, right and Stephen Orser second from right listen to workers who are locket out at the Electro Motive factory in London. Nearly 700 union and non union members were locked out from the plant that is owned by Caterpillar on January 1, 2012 when the union rejected the last contract offer by the company that would have seen wages cut from $35 per hour to $ plus cuts to benefits and elimination of the company pension plan.
