Cuttings, taken from the newly-formed shoots, and planted in sand or sandyloam, will root with facility, if placed in a moderate temperature, and coveredwith a hand-glass. And though extensive propagation should not be required, itwill be advisable to prune the plants a little, lest they become too straggling.
