Senior Airman Alescia Stephens, 375th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron technician, demonstrates how to use an Emergency Passenger Oxygen System to a passenger on a C-130J assigned to Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark., Oct. 1, 2017, at St. Croix, Virgin Islands. The 375th AES provided rapid response aeromedical evacuation capability along with members of the 43rd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron and a 59th Medical Wing Critical Care Air Transport Team to patients and evacuees affected by Hurricane Maria.
