Major General Thomas S. James (left), commanding general of the 7th Infantry Division, addreses the audience during a ceremony recognising Chief Warrant Officer 3 Jesse T. Ryhmes of the 22nd Military Police Battalion (Criminal Investigation Division) where he was awarded the Soldier's Medal 13 July 2017 at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. Rhymes received the Soldier's Medal for rescuing a civilian from a burning vehicle on January 27th, 2016.
