Maintainers assigned to the 175th Maintenance Squadron, Maryland Air National Guard drop a tank from an A-10C Thunderbolt II aircraft August 4, 2017 at Ämari Air Base, Estonia. The flying training deployment is funded by the European Reassurance Initiative in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve. The Air Force’s forward presence in Europe allows the to work with allies and partners to develop and improve ready air forces capable of maintaining regional security.
