Stavanger's Public Library (Kulturhus). The oldest part is a cinema from 1927. The new library and joining atrium are by architects Lund & Slaatto.


The Culture House / Library was built on a hill in Stavanger called Silver Mountain, next to a cinema dating to 1927. The library's architects Lund & Slaatto won an award from the Concrete Board, for Excellence in Concrete.
