Horizontal wide angle view of the Millennium Bridge across the River Thames and the dome of St Paul's Cathedral in the early evening sunshine. It is London's first dedicated pedestrian bridge across the Thames and the first new river crossing in central London since the opening of Tower Bridge in 1894. Designed by Sir Norman Foster, the Millennium Bridge links the Tate Modern to St Paul's Cathedral and is a shallow suspension bridge 330m long and 4m wide.
