It does not require a large area to produce vegetables in sufficient quantities for a family of ordinary size, and besides the value of the food produced, there will be great benefit realized from the pleasant diversion and exercise in working the garden. The most important start is made when you procure your supply of seeds, and in this catalogue we have endeavored to offer only such va- rieiies of vegetables as we are confident will produce good results in the gardens of the most inexperienced.
