HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii (Feb. 28, 2022) Builder Constructionman Adan Zarate Jr., a Rapid Response Team member assigned to Construction Battalion Maintenance Unit (CBMU) 303, delivers water samples for testing. The Navy is working closely with the Hawaii Department of Health, Environmental Protection Agency and the Army to restore safe drinking water to Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam housing communities through sampling and flushing, and the recovery of the Red Hill Well.
