Where city water pressure isavailable the float valve will take care of the water supplyautomatically, leaving only the firing to be watched. Ifthis is not the case the water should be supplied from atank placed higher than the boiler and piped to it as wouldbe done with the city mains. In such a case the water levelin the tank will also have to be looked after. This, how-ever, is much cleane
