Among the monuments executed by Peter Vischer duringthe latter part of his life, we may mention his monument toCardinal Albrecht von Brandenburg at Aschaffenburg, andthat of the Elector Frederick the Wise, at Wittenberg. Inthe latter the prince is represented in relief in a Renaissanceframe. His figure is full of fire and manliness. France We must mention the names of two French sculptors ofthis time.
