Jeffery Kim, commander of Fleet Activities Yokosuka, votes with fake money on which services have the greatest benefit to Sailors and their families at a monopoly-themed Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society (NMCRS) fund drive. Since 1904, the NMCRS has provided financial assistance and education, as well as other programs and services, to members of the United States Navy and Marine Corps, their eligible family members, widows, and survivors.
