In habit of growth, freedom of flowering and in the formation of its buds and flowers, this pretty sweet scented Rose is identical with the popular variety Ophelia from whifch it is a sport, but it is entirelj' distinct in color; this being a lovely pleasing shade of soft j-ose-pink. Jonkheer J. L. Mock. One of the best bedding vari- eties. The flowers, produced with the greatest freedom are of large size of a deep imperial pink, the outside of the petals silvery-rose. John Russell. A handsome brEliant red Rose; a rich deep velvet}' crimson of very large exhibition type, beautiful both in bud as well as in the fully expanded very double flowers. Strong vigorous grower, delicately sweet scented. SI-50 each. Josephine Thomas. Of strong, vigorous habit and pro- duces its flowers on fine long stems. These are of a light orange salmon at the centre, the outer petals gradually shading to a cream-flesh, does not fade or discolor and always carries a high pointed centre of smaller petals. Splendid garden Rose. J. Otto Thilow. A rich glowing rose-pink of excep- tional merit with long pointed buds, as the flowers expand, the petals reflex forming a beautiful large double high centred flower. Jules Gaujard.
