bleeding colors

i played around with both black and white then color and wanted to try to get both. the scene reminds me of the old times and so i wanted to show color bleeding out from the past. i first brought the saturation all the way down then with the brush and alot of patience i increase the saturation layer by layer focusing mainly on the bricks.
