There was an attendance of 350 at the silver jubilee banquet of the Gar- deners' and Fkjrists' Club in Horticul- tural hall, November 11. The banquet was held in the main exhibition hall, the side and end walls being banked with the big plant groups and specimen chrysanthemum plants from the exhibi- tion which closed the previous evening. The tables were beautifully decorated. Mme. Charles Eussell rose was the cynosure of all eyes.
