An eighteenth century Coade Stone frieze on the wall of the Norwegian embassy in Belgrave Square, London.


This panel is one of two on the walls of the Norwegian embassy in Belgravia; it was originally on the Danish-Norwegian consulate in Stepney and was moved to its present site in 1968. It dates from 1796 and depicts cherubs indulging in 'agriculture'. The panel is made from Coade Stone.
