General Joseph F. Dunford, Jr., assistant commandant of the Marine Corps, and Sgt. Maj. Michael Barrett, sergeant major of the Marine Corps, present an award to Petty officer 2nd Class, Steven D. Dacre, a hospital corpsman during the Marine Corps enlisted awards parade and presentation ceremony at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va., Sept. 28, 2011.
