Mr Ali Parsa, CEO of Circle Healthcare at Hinchingbrooke Hospital in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire upon taking over the hospital.
On 1st February 2012 the cash stricken Hinchingbrooke Hospital was taken over by Circle and were given ten years to bring the hospital back into profit. The hospital is still part of the NHS and Circle's CEO Ali Parsa has vowed to turn it around in that time. The spotlight will very much be on their abilities as it will certainly become a model for other hospitals which are in a similar position.
