A flintlock pistol, Brescia, circa 1660. Octagonal barrel (shortened) merging to round with smooth bore in 14 mm calibre. "Lazarino Cominazzo" is inscribed on top. Chiselled flintlock with the lockplate signed, "Fran(cesco) Girtto (?)". Walnut, root wood stock (forearm set on, repair in the area of the lock, several drying cracks) with iron furniture bearing finely engraved vine decoration. Wooden ramrod with iron jag.
