Escape of fire from an engine shall be prima facie evidence that such appliance has not been adequately maintained in compliance with this section. Under proof that any prosecution has been instituted under this section by any fire warden, any court of competent juris- diction shall enjoin the further use of the engine involved, unless equipped and maintained in compliance with this section to the satisfaction of said fire warden, until the defendant has been acquitted of the charge preferred.
