Entrance to Regent's Canal Dock, Limehouse, London, 1828. View with boats and crew on Regent's Canal and figures on the dockside. Opened in 1820, Regent's Canal linked the Grand Junction Canal with the River Thames, and this Dock was the entrance to the English canal network from the Thames.
