JOINT BASE MCGUIRE-DIX-LAKEHURST, - Sgt. Gene Andrew A. Chargualf, a Carpentry and Masonry Specialist with the 797th Engineer Company located in Barrigada, Guam, is the truck commander during an Army Reserve Best Warrior event here. The event tests the soldier’s skill and knowledge of convoy patrols in a Reconfigurable Vehicle Tactical Trainer (RVTT).
