(March 16, 2022) – Ashley Miller, a research assistant with Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC) is prepares to measure the optical density of a bacterial solution in a spectrophotometer in the Combat Wounds Infections Division laboratory. Part of NMRC’s Operationally Relevant Infections Department, the Combat Wound Infections Division develops and evaluates novel treatments for combat injury related skin and soft tissue infections associated with multi-drug resistant organisms.
