Chaplain (Capt.) Peter Moseman, command chaplain, and Sgt. Wheaton, chaplain assistant, both assigned to the 647th Regional Support Group (FWD), Fort Bliss Mobilization Brigade, offered words of encouragement, thanks, and cupcakes to members of the Operational Readiness – Mission Training Complex and Soldier Readiness Processing Center staffs. Moseman discussed resiliency and the 647th command team thanked the OR-MTC and SRPC staffs for their efforts and continued professionalism.
