In short, while one is diminishing the shade, the otiier as proportionately incieases it. Considered, lio\ve\er, from tlie cost stMndpoint, there is prac- tically nothniij to conaicer. One is practically the same as the other, now that high grade cypiess is so scarce, and the price so high. When we saw the cost of the Semi-Iron going up so niucli faster than the Iron frame, we determined to design an Iron frame, that would nii et the Semi-Iron half way. So weldesigned our Iron Frame Construction number Two, for houses up to 10 feet w de. Beyond that, our Standard number One is the one to Number Two has the rafter space 8 feet 4 inches apart instead of 12 feet 6 inches. The rafters and posts and eave plates are all three securely bolte t together a siiecial cast iron fitting placed on each side of the post and rafter. The cost of the materials is only about 10 per cent more than the Semi-Iron; but the erection co-t is fully 10 per cent less. So you see the cost of both is practically the same. When it's up, you have a house that will stay up for nobody knows how lung. It's just as enduring as our Construction number One, known as the house of Everlasting Lastingness. We can do some ciuick work right now, when it comes to turn- ing out materials or doing erecting
