Another point—the water on the in- side actually falls into the drip gutter. —the bar brackets are double bolted, hold the bars on three sides, leave the drip grooves free and do not cover the ends. Every bracket is cast with a glass stop—every bottom light rests on a heavy zinc strip. — the wall is made of sash, instead of bars nailed in. No nails in sash. This gives a true, straight wall that outlasts bars that are toe-nailed top and bottom to a wooden rail or sill. See the wide spacing—16 feet 8 inches—a long, free space as light as the big outdoors. If you want side ventilation, simply hinge the sash in the side wall—the sash will open up full—the AGMCO method of hinging makes this possible. Other sash open only part way. Now take in the whole picture—the house you see but a small part of is plumb and square. Here's the proof—the glass joints on the roof make a perfectly straight line. See the beauty of it all—its simplicity? Yet everything that is needed it there.
