The central pavilion and its adjoining structure on eachside have no second story. The wings have each three,the upper Hoors being used for offices and other necessarypurposes. In addition to the platform close to the office building,there are two wide platforms running the length of thetrain-house. These are reached by tunnels running underthe tracks, but on a level with the floor of the main wait-ing-room, the tracks being above the street level.
