A pair of Flemish flintlock pistols,probably Liège,circa 1720. Round barrels with cannon muzzles and smooth bores in mm calibre. Cut and engraved vine decoration at the breeches,in places on a gold background. Locks also with finely engraved decorative vines. Lightly carved walnut full stocks with engraved brass furniture. One pistol has a well-repaired crack in the butt. Pommels with lion head masks. Wooden ramrods with horn tips.
