Grand Opening of the New Luna Park on Coney Island. Although not all rides are functional, there is plenty to do at the second incarnation of this venerable destination and features nineteen rides for different ages. The park is designed, developed, and operated by Central Amusement International, LLC (CAI), which has also been operating Victorian Gardens at Wollman Rink in Central Park, another amusement destination in New York City.
