It is with pleasure that we again greet our sister Chaptersof Sigma Phi Epsilon. We have passed through the most criti-cal period of our existence since last our letter appeared in theJournal. Every means has been taken by the executive department ofour University to abolish us forever from the Ohio Northern Uni-versity. But, with the coming of spring, the clouds have blownaway and we again behold a clear sky. The trouble will not befully settled until the meeting of the Board of Trustees in we have good grounds to feel confident that everything willturn out satisfactorily. Notwithstanding the position taken by our President, wehave never had a more promising future. We take pleasure in introducing to our sister ChaptersBrothers Charles W. Brooks, Cincinnati, Ohio; Edwin D. Cross,Elizabeth, New Jersey; D. Edward Williams, Ada, Ohio; L. O. o w. CHAPTER LETTERS. 73 Casey, Youngstown, Ohio; F. L. Allen, Tiro, Ohio; who weretaken into the Sigma Phi Epsilon last November. Some of our old members, Brothers Gail Hegerman, of Leip-sig, Ohio; Carl O. Jussup, Curtisville, Indiana, and Paul , Coal Center, Pennsylvania, have graduated and are tour-ing the West. Brothers Harry A. Bunner and George W. Tehn, of Spring-Held, Ohio, are practicing law at Springfield. On Friday, February 16, 1906, the Chapter held a banquetat the Norval Hotel, at Lima, Ohio. Toasts and speeches werethe order of the evening. The affair was one of the most enjoy-able since the foundation of the Chapter. On Saturday, April 14, 1906, Brothers H. H. Worth, of EastPalestine, Ohio, and Leroy Foster, of Nevarre, Ohio, were ini-tiated into the mysteries of Sigma Phi Epsilon. After receivingtheir bumps all enjoyed a chicken dinner at the Young Hotel,Ada, Ohio. On Wednesday, April 11, 1906, the (Theta Nu Epsilon)Fraternity entertained
