Hollstein describes two states, the first is the issue of Assuerus of Londerseel for numbering (dated 1594) and the second is the issue of Claes Jansz. Visscher (II) with numbers (dated 1621). However, there is another edition known publisher of Sichem Christoffel which can be placed between these two states. Different printing Visscher show traces of an address of Shechem on a single leaf in the RMA collection is his address Compare RP-P-OB-16 158.
