Adminstration building of the former Jewish Hospital designed by Eduard Knoblauch in 1858 and built 1858-1861,Auguststrasse No. 14-16, Berlin-Mitte. Historic landmark The complex consists of this front building with an archway and the hospital building in the inner court. A side wing was added to the front building in 1875. The complex housed social facilities of the Jewish community between the two world wars and the children's home Ahawa. The building was returned to the Jewish community in the 1990s. A restoration is under consideration and the complex has been designated as a historic landmark.
