Groff, of Simcoe, who said that new varieties are not secured by grad- ual development, but that by persistent crossing the type can be broken and a new- type established. RKVISION OF THE CONSTITUTION. On Wednesday, November 15, the revi- sion of the constitution was taken up and the by-laws passed with a few slight changes. .\ most important change was. Special progress has been made, also, in the potato industry by cooperation on the part of the sf rowers. made that makes it possible for cooperative. fruit growers' associations to become affi- liated with the Fruit Growers' Association on the payment of 75 cents per member. Branch associations can be formed through- out the province on the same basis.
