Allthese have been badly needed, especially in many ofthe big industrial centres. One of the best things;the workers in England are doing is the gradualelimination of slum districts and the establishmentof workers villages where living conditions are in>many instances almost ideal. It was takenshortly after the ex-plosion which torethe dirigible fromher moorings. Theexplosion was causedby the gas in one ofthe front sectionsbecoming heated bythe sun. It tore asection of the outerskin thirty feet longfrom the forwardlower surface of thegas bag. This acci-dent has delayed thereturn trip of thehuge aircraft. Butit is now on its way,having left Wednes-day at midnight.
