Helicopters from Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 773, 4th Marine Aircraft Wing, practiced landing on the parade field in front of Marine Forces Reserve and Marine Forces North Headquarters in preparation for an upcoming change of command ceremony, Sept. 6, 2018, New Orleans. On Sept. 8, 2018, the helicopters will return to be on display during the ceremony, where Lt. Gen. Rex C. McMillian, commander of MARFORRES and MARFORNORTH, will relinquish command to Maj. Gen. Burke W. Whitman, current commander of 4th Marine Division.
