"Having prepared vehicle in Norway is important," said Vargas, "The world is pretty unpredictable right now, having vehicles close to where they may be needed lets the military get to where it's needed faster." Vargas, the Alpine, Texas-native, said that his trip to Norway was "the highlight of his career so far." Vargas said, "Norway is a beautiful country, just overall, it was so cool to experience another country. it was amazing." Vargas drills with CLB-453 in Texarkana, Texas.
